Almost Here!

Can you believe that the Harry Potter theme park is almost here? My dad is going to Orlando and is coming back the 17th! Just missed the opening! Here are some pics from a while back when Emma Watson, the Phelps twins, and Robbie Coltrane visited. The Three Broomsticks look AMAZING and the butterbeer is making me thirsty! I want to go s o o o bad because of these pictures. It looks amazingly accurate to the movies, because the art director approved everything and so did J.K. Rowling, so no wonder. I'm so excited!!!

I found these pics at Emma Watson Gallery and you can see more of Emma Watson here

Leavesen Studios Potter attraction emerge

...it will provide fans with the real costumes and sets used in the films.

There will be replicas of characters, as well as clothes worn by Hermione Granger, played by Emma Watson, Voldemort, Rubeus Hagrid, Professor Filius Flitwick and the Weasley family.

The centre will also showcase the craft and technical skills needed for a successful film franchise. Britain has a world-leading reputation in these fields.

Warner is to spend more than £100m on buying Leavesden, which it currently rents, and on expanding the site, as well as creating the set tour for fans.

Rupert Grint brings ice cream truck to the Deathly Hallows set

For the last day on 'HP', Rupert 'Mr Whippy' Grint arrived in his ice cream van & served up 99s for cast & crew. It brought a smile to everyones face on what was a very emotional day. It was a thrill to see a teaser for 'Deathly Hallows' too. :)

That was another twitter update from Mr. Warwick Davis.

I LOVE that ice cream truck!!! :)

Tom talks about the Wrap

I was expecting this big emotional breakdown but instead the first AD (assistant director) got out the microphone and listed the names of people who it was their last day and forced the crew for a ripple of applause and then we walked off and that was it," Tom revealed.

"The reason why it perhaps hasn't sunk in yet is because we always feel like we're going to be asked back for something or other, I'm sure it's not the last time we've seen those studios," he laughed.

These are words from tom Felton about the wrap on Harry Potter. Very sad and happy at the same time.

The Wrap

The wrap for shooting the Deathly Hallows. I think it's bitter-sweet. On one hand the whole film is done and I can't WAIT to watch it, but on the other hand, it's ending. Here are Warwick Davis's(Griphook and Flitwick) words about the end...

The end of an Era - today is officially the last day of principal photography on 'Harry Potter' - ever. I feel honoured to be here as the director shouts cut for the very last time. Farewell Harry & Hogwarts, it's been magic! x ...and goodbye Griphook!

I found this on Mugglenet.
